Many of us wisely take up yoga practice because we know that it is good for you. Combining yoga with the benefits of essential oils is a powerful path to better managing your own health and wellness.
Explore the benefits of therapeutic essential oils both for emotional balance and better health and wellness.
In this Workshop your one hour yoga practice will be enhanced with the use of pure essential oils for grounding, centring and enlightening.
Donna and I will then introduce you to the benefits of essential oils that are topical (massage & touch) inhaled (diffuser) & oral (a drop of pure oil in water).
You will learn how to use therapeutic essential oils that are grounding (eg sandalwood), invigorating (eg peppermint & lemon) and calming (eg lavender) and importantly, how to the essential oils into your life.
